Peppamatic

Grote's Peppamatic is ideal for slicing and applying pepperoni onto pizza crusts. It is capable of slicing and applying pepperoni to various sizes of round crusts, as well as to French bread crusts. Pepperoni placement patterns are custom designed to suit the application requirement. These placement patterns can be easily changed when producing a variety of pizza sizes.

Product capacity is adjustable up to 66 twelve inch pizzas per minute per lane. Multiple lanes and heads are available to increase production. The Peppamatic is now available in all electric drive, as well as the traditional hydraulic drive.

Pepperoni logs may be inserted continuously into the product holder tubes while the machine is in operation. Pepperoni is sliced by the disposable AccuBand blade and deposited onto the moving pizza crust targets. Grote's patented, high quality AccuBand® band blades produce optimal slice quality and product yield.

Most functions of the Peppamatic can be controlled with the user-friendly touch screen. Functions such as stroke speed and blade start/stop may be adjusted in an instant with this easy to use touch screen.

Cleaning and sanitation are simple. Many parts, such as the blade guide and product holder tubes, are easily removable for thorough cleaning. In addition, the heads can be hydraulically lifted to clean beneath the heads and the conveyor belt below.
