Universal Food Cutters. Slice, dice, julienne, shred, and grate - one machine does it all. Capacities between 900 - 12,000 lb/hr.

High Speed Cutter-Mixers. Bowl size up to 15 quarts.

Root and Garlic Peelers. Batch size between 6 - 35 kg (13 - 77 lb.)

Automatic Hand-wash Station. Prevents cross-contamination in food handling. "No touch" design. 3-step wash cycle: pre-wash, soap/scrub, and rinse.

Paxton Corporation products are known for their long service life. Many of our machines are in daily use for 20 years, or more.
