Parmalat Acquires New York's Sunnydale Farms
Parmalat USA Corporation, the U.S. subsidiary of Italian Parmalat Finanziaria S.p.A., has completed the acquisition of all the outstanding shares of Brooklyn, N.Y.-based Sunnydale Farms, Inc.
Sunnydale Farms is a processor of fresh milk and other dairy products in New York City and the surrounding regions of Long Island, Connecticut, Westchester County and New Jersey.
