Pactiv Acquires International Tray Pads & Packaging, Inc.

Ake Forest, IL - Pactiv LLC recently announced the purchase of the stock of International Tray Pads & Packaging, Inc. (http://www.traypads.com). International Tray Pads is based in Aberdeen, North Carolina and manufacturers a line of absorbent products used in fresh packed point of purchase meat, fish, poultry, and produce. The absorbent products produced by International Tray Pads can be found worldwide in such markets as the United States, Eastern and Western Europe, the Middle East, Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia.
