This small footprint freefall sorter combines the efficiency of laser detection or SWIR technology on foreign material, together with a single or double sided camera to sort on discolorations and shape for products in free fall. Depending on the application the Opus can implement either chlorophyll detection (FLUOTM) or hyperspectral imagery.
