On-line Moisture Sensor

The on-line MM55plus sensor is designed to measure moisture, fat, oil, protein and other product constituents in food, powders, pharmaceuticals, and many other bulk solids. Pre-fabricated for specific applications, the sensor can be installed directly onto any process line and be operational within minutes. A range of automated referencing, sampling, batch averaging and communications functions are provided as standard. It is also available in a hygienic, stainless steel version for the food industry.

The sensor may be linked directly to a PC, SCADA or other computerized plant control system. For versatility, it is available with analogue output and RS485/422/232 communications, as well as a complete range of field-bus options.
