On-line Constituent Measurement Sensor

MM55plus is designed to simplify online near infrared (NIR) constituent analysis and minimize user involvement, making continuous measurement of moisture and other product constituents easier for a range of manufacturing process applications. The system's sensors are supplied with SpeedCal, allowing rapid integration into process. It can be installed directly online, usually requiring only a single point Trim to achieve full calibration. According to the supplier, the system helps increase product yield, reduce process start up times and increase productivity.
