NJM/CLI Introduces New Model 130 Bronco Pressure Sensitive Labeler

NJM/CLI introduces the new Model 130 Bronco, a pressure sensitive labeler that handles up to 200 bottles per minute. Featuring the Allen Bradley Kinetix / Compactlogix platform, the new Bronco can be designed and easily retrofitted in the field to accommodate a wide number of configurations and options to maximize production versatility. With synchronized servomotors and robust components, the labeler offers superior label placement accuracy, equipment reliability and quick repeatable format changeovers while simplifying maintenance.

NJM/CLI can equip the Model 130 Bronco to handle round, square and oval containers from 1 to 14 inches (25 to 356 mm) in height and from 5/8 to 7 inches (16 to 178 mm) in diameter, applying single, dual or wraparound labels. The new labeler easily accepts a wide variety of options including hot stamp or thermal transfer coders, vision inspection systems, barcode readers, missing label detectors, reject stations and more.

With its heavy-duty stainless steel and aluminum construction, open frame design, raised bed sanitary conveyor, the Model 130 Bronco meets GMP standards.
