NIR Moisture and Constituent Analyzers

The Spectra-Quad 5000 measures up to three key product constituents simultaneously from a single installation, providing multi-component on-line analysis for users who need to monitor and control more than one process variable, such as moisture and fat content in snack foods. Even when moisture is the only key constituent, the advanced measurement capabilities of the system can correct for a large number of physical product variations and composition changes, accurately measuring only moisture.

Another model, the Spectra-Quad 4000, is designed to accurately measure a single product constituent such as moisture content in materials such as food products and ingredients during processing. A range of application options is available to extend the measurement capabilities of both analyzers to suit many processing conditions.
