Nilfisk-Advance America To Feature Food Industry Vacuum Systems At The 2007 Food Safety And Security Summit

Washington, D.C. - With a wide range of industrial vacuum systems and accessories, Nilfisk-Advance America helps producers meet the challenging hygiene and sanitation standards in the food-manufacturing industry. On display at this year's Food Safety and Security Summit are the company's CFM 137, SL Vac and GWD 255 Drum Vac.

The CFM 137 is a compact, full-feature vacuum useful for general plant maintenance, overhead and oven cleaning and the collection of fine powders and toxic debris. The vacuum offers high filtration performance, noise control, quality construction and user-friendly controls.

The SL Vac line is ideal for the collection of powders, liquids, dust and debris. Even in the most challenging environments, the vacuums are easy to use and maintain. The system can be equipped with an optional HEPA filter, which ensures that 99.97% of particles are retained, down to and including 0.3 microns in size.

Nilfisk-Advance America's food industry solution, the GWD 255 Drum Vac, can fit both 30 and 55 gallon drums and is powered by two independent bypass motors. The main sack filter is washable and, like the SL Vac, the GWD 255 is compatible with an optional HEPA filter. An optional float chamber in the unit also allows for wet to dry conversion.

These units can be combined with Nilfisk's comprehensive line of accessories specialized for overhead cleaning in order to create the ultimate cleaning solutions for the food industry. These accessories will also be showcased at the show.
