The versatile PECO Multi-Trac operates as an ejector-controller for removing defective containers from a production line conveyor or as a stand-alone inspection system when combined with proximity, photoelectric, UV or bar code sensors.

The Multi-Trac microprocessor based controller unit, keypad, display and back-up battery are mounted in a stainless, wash-down proof NEMA 4 enclosure.

Six Inputs
The PECO Multi-Trac accepts input from up to 4 inspection sensors, an encoder for variable speed conveyors and the inspection "trigger" sensor. In a typical application inspection begins when the leading edge of a container enters the "inspection zone" and ends when the trailing edge exits the zone.

EJH-DGS High Speed Can Ejector PECO's High Speed Can Ejector and Diverter ejects samples and diverts cans at speeds in excess of 2400 cpm eliminating the possibility of sampling slowdowns on high speeds. Constructed of stainless and space age polymers with Teflon sealed pneumatics, the EJH-DGSB is designed for continuous use in harsh environments.

EJH-DGSB High Speed Bottle Ejector PECO's High Speed Bottle Ejector and Diverter ejects samples and diverts bottles at speeds in excess of 1600 cpm eliminating the possibility of sampling slowdowns on high speeds. Constructed of Stainless Steel and space age polymers with Teflon sealed pneumatics, the EJH-DGSB is designed for continuous use in harsh environments.

EJH-STHD Heavy Duty Ejector
PECO's Heavy Duty Container Ejector ejects samples and diverts large or heavy containers; such as 5 lb. coffee cans or Gallon jugs at speeds in excess of 500 cpm. The EJH-STHD mounts on the conveyor or a matched adjustable height stand.

EJH-D Case Ejector
PECO's compact, heavy duty Case Ejector delivers up to 150 rejections per minute. This versatile ejector can be mounted directly to a conveyor or a matched, adjustable height tri-pod base. Interchangeable reject pad and roller assemblies and a variable stroke length make the EJH-D the ideal choice for a wide range of packaged case goods applications.
