Modular Vacuum Pumps

The SMP Modular Vacuum Pumps provide a complete integrated vacuum solution using optimized venturi nozzles (5 sizes), control solenoid valves for turning on/off the compressed air, solenoid valves for converting suction to blow off, vacuum switches, safety check valves, filters and silencers. During "blow off" mode, an internal piston diverts 100% of the compressed air supply through the vacuum port to create the fastest workpiece release times possible.

Three types of vacuum switches can be directly mounted, ranging from a simple electro-mechanical switch to a programmable dual electronic switch with digital display for viewing vacuum pressure. To reduce space, these compact pumps can be connected to a single compressed air source using standard manifold plates. For applications involving non-porous loads, such as plastic, glass, sheet metal, etc., air-saving systems are used to substantially lower energy costs.
