(AMI)al, easy to use, sturdy weld head, the Model 95-3500 Open-Frame Orbital Weld Head is designed for precision orbital welding with or without filler wire of tube, pipe, fittings and flanges. It operates using the GATW (TIG) process and will accommodate sizes from 1.00" O.D. to 3.50" O.D. with wall thicknesses up to .440".
Compatible with a variety of joint designs such as "V" prep, "J" prep, socket and square butt, this head will weld materials ranging from stainless or carbon steels to exotic alloys like Hastelloy, Inconel and Monel.
