The mixed unit load palletizing application is targeted toward distribution and order fulfillment centers, where products are individually picked and manually palletized to maximize pallet load density.

The mixed unit load palletizing PC software allows for user set-up of a palletizing system to monitor random cases to calculate box placement. The software can determine an efficient pallet pattern with high density and high stability. The software communicates with the robot via an Ethernet connection.
