MicroPure's revolutionary Segmented Filters feature a patented design that provides several critical advantages over conventional filter cartridges in food and beverage processing applications.

The segmented design incorporates stainless steel disks, which direct the flow of the air, gas, or liquid to be filtered through self-sealing filter media clamped securely between the disks. The number of disks and the type of filter media used in each segmented filter is determined by the application.

MicroPure offers filter media in PTFE membranes for sterile filtration and woven stainless steel for other applications. Since each filter medium functions independently, you can increase throughput significantly by adding segments and filter media. That means an adaptable, versatile system for any application.
