IRVING, TX – January 13, 2016 - Mekitec LLC, a global food X-ray manufacturer and supplier of X-ray inspection systems company, (www.mekitec.com), today announces a strategic partnership with Bizerba, the German supplier of industrial systems, (http://www.bizerbausa.com), to supply its Meki range of inspection systems.
The company’s established Meki line is a range of space and cost economical X-ray inspection solutions designed to help food processors meet and exceed the requirements of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and comply with HACCP standards. The inspection units detect metal, glass, bone, stone and other dense contaminants that may inadvertently find their way into food products. The inspection systems automatically inspect and reject nonconforming products from the production line, thereby protecting the manufacturer and ultimately consumers.
