Masterleo is in the business of partnering with food and dairy processors to ensure:

Working throughout North America and beyond, we strive for uniformity in the interpretation and application of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO). We work independently, or in conjunction with regulatory personnel to perform testing and evaluation of pasteurizers. When system related problems are found, we make the appropriate corrections. Our familiarity with a variety of manufacturers, including ABB Kent-Taylor, Anderson, Partlow and Honeywell allows our technicians to work on virtually all instrumentation used in food and dairy processing, whether electronic or pneumatic.
In addition to performing preventative maintenance, Masterleo offers many other products and services. These include, but are not limited to:

• A complete line of instrumentation and controls covering all aspects of temperature, pressure, flow and analytical needs.
  

• Engineered instrument panels for pasteurizing, tank and silo level indication and alarming, product routing and batch control.

• PLC installation and programming for pasteurization, product routing, retort control, CIP and other applications.

• Training for operators, as well as maintenance personnel and supervisors, where we examine the operation and principles of pasteurization, discuss product flow through the press, PMO testing and the public health reasons for the various controls and interlocks. This instruction has proven invaluable for augmenting existing plant training programs.
