Style 2 is a combination of 50% halves and pieces that are larger than 5/16. Available in dry and oil roasted forms, they are said to be a favorite among roasters. Style 4 consists of natural halves and pieces that pass through a 32/65 round hole screen (RHS) but stay on top of a 24/64 RHS and have a maximum of 45% whole kernels. This style is commonly found in cookie products.
