Mixer- This food manufacturer relies on Marion's unique hybrid paddle/ribbon agitator to process their ingredient mixing and blending. This combines the benefits of both ribbon and paddle agitator designs. The inner ribbon flighting moves product towards the endplates thus leveling the product load. The outer paddles provide tight clearances for efficient mixing and thorough clean-out. Two 20 hp. chopper motors are added with T316 SS tulip head blades to control the amount of mixing energy. The 60" cylindrical trough vessel is rolled 300ยบ to reduce the surface area of the side walls and the cover. For food-grade compliance, the finish is 304 SS polished to #120 grit.
