Mixers- This food-grade mixer was designed for custom blending batters, breaders, marinades, seasoning blends, dry formulas and other specialty mixes. It features a paddle-style agitator with welded arms on a solid shaft that provides maximum transfer of torque. Bolted blades on the agitator can be modified in the field to increase or decrease agitation points to accommodate changes in product processing. Paddle agitators are good for blending materials of dissimilar size, shape and density. This mixer also relies on (2) chopper motors to incorporate other minor ingredients. For maximum sanitary protection, the main shaft seal assembly consists of a Style E - Split Seal designed for quick disassembly and clean-out with an air purge that prevents migration of materials along the shaft which is ideal for frequent cleanings. Optional tubular leg supports help position the mixer within the physical plant location. The powertrain consists of a 30 hp., energy-efficient motor with additional shaft-mounted reducer motor and cooling fan for variable-speed blending.
