Liquiphant M Liquid Level Switch For Food and Beverage

Liquiphant M Liquid Level Switch For Food and Beverage
Liquiphant M Liquid Level Switch Meets Food and Beverage Application Requirements
For trouble-free liquid level detection in storage, balance, mixing and receiving tanks, rely on the newest addition to the line of liquid level switches from Endress+Hauser, Liquiphant M. Liquiphant M's tuning fork technology is unaffected by dielectric properties, conductivity and density changes, turbulence, material buildup, solids or gas content, foam, or external vibration. No calibration is required. Liquiphant M is also effective for empty pipe detection to protect pumps from running dry.

With Liquiphant M users can standardize on one instrument that is safe, reliable, easy to use, and durable enough to withstand clean-in-place (CIP) and sterilize-in-place (SIP) procedures – resulting in low cost of ownership. The switch also carries approvals from 3-A and EHEDG.

The small fork size (1.5" in length) on the Liquiphant M enables installation in any plant location, including tanks where agitators or other moving parts limit probe space. The switch can be used in any pipe with a diameter of at least 1".

Since pioneering the use of tuning fork technology for the detection of point level, more than one million Liquiphant level switches from Endress+Hauser have been successfully installed worldwide. Liquiphant has become a popular replacement for various types of switches, including capacitance and conductivity probes, and float and gap switches. Today, Endress+Hauser supplies more than 75 percent of the world's liquid level switches, based on tuning fork technology.
