The Interface Model LBM Load Cells include an integral load button for assured accuracy in compression applications where loads are applied by a plate or other flat surface. The load cells are available in a range of capacities between 25 lbf and 50 Klbf, and feature thermal stability; within their operating range of -65 to 250°F, the maximum effect on zero balance as a percentage of rated output is ±0.0005% FS/°F.
The load cells offer nonlinearity of ±0.25% FS; hysteresis of ±0.20% FS and nonrepeatability of ±0.10% RO. Their total height is low as 0.32 in., with diameters as small as 1.00 in, making them useful for low vertical clearance operations.
