Land O'Lakes Responds to Rapid Growth

Land O'Lakes Inc. (Arden Hills, MN) has announced changes in its management for three senior executives who will head the cooperative's agricultural services and dairy food operations.

Duane Halverson will become executive VP and COO of Land O' Lakes agricultural—including its feed, seed and swine operations. Halverson most recently led the company's food and agricultural supply functions.

Chris Policinski has been named executive VP and COO of the dairy foods group. He will be responsible for directing comsumer foods, food ingredient, foodservice and fluid dairy businesses. Previously Polincinski had been VP of strategy , business development and international development.

Jack Prince has been assigned the position of executive VP and COO of the dairy foods group with primary responsibilities for the company's nationwide milk procurement and dairy manufacturing system. In addition, Prince will continue to lead the cooperative's Western dairy region.

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is a national food and agricultural cooperative serving family farmers from the East to West Coast. The company processes 12 billion pounds of milk annually and markets more than 600 dairy products worldwide.
