This uniquely constructed flowmeter offers no-hassle installation and superior performance in density and mass flow.

With its single straight tube design and broad range of end connections, the meter meets the most stringent hygienic requirements for food and pharmaceutical applications. It also complies with industry standards, including ASME Bioprocessing equipment, EHEDG, 3-A and FDA. The meters are approved for use in hazardous environments.

Incorporating its new patented Adaptive Sensor Technology (AST), the OPTIMASS 7000 Series intelligently "tunes" itself, independent of external forces and fluid density, to produce an inherently balanced meter in the most demanding processes. It delivers accurate metering for a wide range of flow rates, in seven different full-bore tube diameters (1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 1", 1 ½", 2" and 3").

The corrosion-resistant OPTIMASS Series 7000 is the first of its kind to provide wetted parts in titanium, stainless steel or Hastelloy, allowing it to withstand the harshest conditions. The single straight-tube design is resistant to blocking or fouling, allowing the meter to handle high viscosity fluids with ease, as well as maintaining a high level of accuracy for mass and volumetric flow and density measurement.
