The solution is being used to enhance a variety of fresh produce including tree fruit, table grapes, kiwifruit and Asian pears.

Novazone's cold storage solution delivers consistent and precise concentrations of ozone gas, a form of electrified oxygen, which allows Kool Kountry to effectively kill and control the spread of microorganisms such as mold and bacteria in the air and on exposed surfaces. In this environment, ozone is also effective in naturally controlling the ripening process by efficiently converting ethylene into carbon dioxide and water vapor.
