Kansas City, MO (PRWEB) -- Koch Equipment LLC announced today its exclusive partnership with Inject Star, a manufacturer of automatic pickle injectors and massagers for the marination of bone-in or boneless meat, poultry, and seafood products.

Koch Equipment's new offering of Inject Star automatic pickle injectors features small models ranging from as little as 26 needles to large, industrial-sized models with as many as 366 needles. The largest model, known as the BI-183, comes standard with a double jacketed cooling system and can also be equipped with an optional two-step brine filtration system, brine mixing tank, dual needle heads, and fully integrated rinsing system, making it ideal for high-volume, industrial operations.

Featuring holding capacities of 620 to 10,000 pounds, Inject Star's automatic massagers/tumblers are also now featured in Koch Equipment's vast offering of meat processing equipment. Models with cooling are available and many feature hoppers with a spiral flight design that eases the loading and unloading process.

Koch Equipment's director of catalog sales, Jeff Hughes, commented, "We are most impressed with the New Twist Design on the injection line that features quick-release needle head tools for easy product changeover and efficient cleaning and maintenance. Both the injectors and tumblers are available with a multitude of configurations, making these machines adaptable to any operation. Flexible designs have been the key to Koch's success for years and I have no doubt that we will make a positive impact on the U.S. market given the versatility of Inject Star's product offering."

"We are proud of our newly established partnership with Koch Equipment, which is the basis for a new beginning for Inject Star's offering in the U.S. market," stated Gerold Nutz, managing director, Inject Star. Nutz continued, "We chose Koch Equipment based on their high market presence and excellent quality of service which truly represents the profile of our ideal partner."

Based in Hagenbrunn, near Vienna, Austria, Inject Star has manufactured meat processing equipment for over 40 years, including pickle injectors, massagers/tumblers, and brine mixing stations.
