Superior Graphics for Greater Attention

IPL, a North American leader in the design and manufacture of innovative packaging, introduces its Shure-Lock Commercial Series pails with In-Mold Labeling (IML). IML offers the highest-quality decorative process available for rigid plastic pails that are used to package food products sold at retail levels and club stores. IML presents improved graphics on plastic containers and pails, thus increasing the product's visibility on retail shelves. IML also provides greater resistance to scratching, damage during transport, and water damage than other labeling, such as offset printer or paper.

Offering full photographic quality and superior image resolution (up to 175 LPI), IML presents great advantages to companies who want their products to standout on the shelf. With top to bottom graphic coverage, IML features full shading capabilities (0-100%) and a wide selection of typefaces (as small as six points). IML pails are available in two sizes, 1 USG and 1.2 USG (4.0 liters and 4.5 liters), and are an ideal packaging solution for a wide range of food products, including prepared and fruit salads, grated and specialty cheeses, and various confectionery products.

In addition to IML, the Commercial Series pails are leak-proof and feature the Shure-Lock Tamper Evident system, which provides maximum protection for handling various challenges of the distribution and retail environments.
