Intralox Series 900 Mesh Top belt

Intralox, Inc. announces the new Series 900 Mesh Top conveyor belt developed specifically for food processing applications that require fast dewatering of small products, especially those with stems. This new belt has 24% open area with small, 0.050 inch (1.27 mm) hole slots. The open area allows fast, efficient drainage, while the small hole size prevents small product parts from getting caught and pulled out during production, reducing their value. This combination of features reduces product loss and makes thorough cleanup easier.

Product loss is further reduced because of the Series 900 Mesh Top belt's small pitch (1.07" / 27.2 mm) which allows tight transfers and shorter drop distances at transfer points.

The Series 900 Mesh Top belt is recommended for cherry processing (and similar product sold with stems), diced food products, pasta, candies made with sticks, and many other food industry applications where small hole openings, fast dewatering and easy cleanup are necessary.

The new belt is available with flights for incline/decline applications and is available in black and white polypropylene, natural polyethylene and natural acetal.
