Intralox Series 800 Cone Top belt

Intralox, Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of modular plastic conveyor belts and accessories, offers a new option in its Series 800 product line. The Series 800 Cone Top Belt provides the "gripping" surface of food-grade rubber or PVC belting, with the positive drive and tracking of modular plastic conveyor belts.

The unique, cone top surface of this belt is designed for most food processing applications where extra product stability is needed without sacrificing the belt's product release capabilities when transferring from one point to another. The belt is designed with 0.125 inch high cones spaced 0.57 inches apart. Product is firmly gripped, limiting the chance of product sliding on incline and decline applications.

The Series 800 Cone Top belt is ideal for saw lines in most meat processing applications since the cones hold meat in place as it passes through a saw. This belt is recommended for products large enough to span the distance between the cones.

Intralox belts are composed of lightweight, sturdy, plastic modules that interlock in a "bricklayed" fashion, utilizing plastic hinge rods that run the width of the belt. These belts have proven to be cleaner and easier to maintain, operate and repair than competing belt technologies.
