Intralox Series 1400 Flat Friction Top belt

Intralox, Inc. announces the newest edition to its durable line of case and box handling belts, the New Series 1400 Flat Friction Top belt. This thick, heavy-duty belt was developed to withstand extreme case and box handling conveyance applications. Its rated belt strength of 1,800 lb/ft permits longer belt runs with fewer transfer points, thereby reducing the possibility of product damage. Additionally, the belt's one-inch pitch makes it ideal for high-speed, end-off/end-on transfers.

The rubber-topped modules of the Series 1400 Flat Friction Top belt securely grip cases and boxes during steep incline and decline conveyance. These two-material modules are co-injection molded, combining high strength ratings and excellent rubber coverage with the advantages of modular plastic conveyor belting.

The belt modules are firmly held together by Intralox's positive rod retention system, SLIDELOX. This innovative rod retention system is an integral part of the belt, eliminating loose or protruding pieces. The rugged, lug-tooth drive interface provided by glass-filled, nylon molded, split sprockets insure proper sprocket engagement, even in high-speed, abusive applications.
