Internet-Enabled Weigh Scale

The JagXtreme terminal is the first out-of-the-box Internet-enabled weigh scale. The terminal incorporates industry standard open connectivity, including TCP/IP and Ethernet to facilitate communication and data exchange with companies' LAN, WAN, automation or enterprise systems, to monitor applications and to provide remote access for product setup and maintenance. The terminal connects to PCs and other devices using commonly available cables and hubs, eliminating the need for special equipment or proprietary technology.

The terminal also features an embedded Web server that enables product configuration, diagnostics and maintenance from remote locations via the Internet. Setup changes can be made from anywhere in the world using tools already available on a PC. Designed to help companies better integrate information and equipment life cycle management, and to control automation in their manufacturing processes, the terminal incorporates numerous features that also lower total cost of ownership.
