Interfood Indonesia Reveals New Food Cutting Equipment By Urshel
Jakarta, Indonesia - The Interfood Indonesia Exhibition is an annual trade show that focuses on food cutting equipment, food processing equipment, and food and beverage products along with the latest developments in services, supplies and ingredients. Urschel, a leading producer of food cutting machinery, will be revealing two new food cutting machines at the Expo.

For a piece of cutting equipment that can handle vegetables, fruits, cooked poultry/meat/seafood, and bakery/snack foods, the belt-fed E Translicer is designed for both small and large processors. It will be on display at the event. Switchable wheels enable this machine to produce crinkle slices, flat slices, or julienne strips. This machine is engineered to produce continuous precision slices with extensive detail given to key components throughout the device.
Also being exhibited is the Comitrol Processor, equipped with various cutting heads, and a precise cutting action, to allow superior processing of a multitude of food products. With process capabilities in milling, granulating, and pureeing—recent applications include soymilk, fruit/vegetable juices, ginger and chili processing, and aloe vera.
