U.S. COEXCELL is proud to introduce their newest food packaging innovation, the N55FPS. A combination of the proven N55 open head, conical drum and custom designed pallet, this Food Packaging System optimizes value and ensures safety and security when storing and transporting products for the food processing industry. For over 10 years, the N55 Drum has served the food packaging and processing industries, delivering an effective and efficient packaging solution. U.S. COEXCELL's newest innovation, the plastic N55 Pallet, is designed specifically to fit the N55 Drum, adding stability during shipping and storage. Together, these two products form the N55FPS.

The N55 system is formed from HDPE resin for safety as well as strength. In compliance with the FDA, the N55FPS offers a clean, hygienic packaging solution. Ideal for food grade applications, the plastic construction of the pallet makes it less permeable than wood pallets, improving the system's protection against bacteria.

Plastic construction not only adds reliability for food storage but also durability for transport. The N55 Pallet locks drums securely and prevents tipping during sudden turns, shifts or incline changes. The unique N55FPS design also allows the drums lids and the pallet base to interlock when stacked. This provides added support during shipping.

U.S. COEXCELL developed the N55FPS with environmental stewardship in mind. Not only is the system's plastic material 100% recyclable but also durable to ensure a long product life. With the proper handling, this long-lasting packaging system can be reused indefinitely, leading to a major waste reduction for the environment.

With the drum's lightweight, conical design, the drums easily nest inside one another for warehouse space savings. When not in use, the N55 Pallets are also able to nest and interlock for simple, compact storage. This drum and pallet nesting requires only 25% of warehouse spacing vs. ordinary drums and pallets. Preventing rusting, corrosion and denting, the system's plastic construction also allows for outside storage and additional space savings.
