Ink Jet Coder

The 9064S coder offers a printhead that prints up to four lines of code and requires minimal manufacturing floor space. This stainless steel version of the 9064 is constructed to withstand harsh environments and repeated wash-downs. The on-screen graphics allow operators to program the entire day's code changes only once and pre-programmed messages and graphics can be stored, recalled, and displayed. With CimControl software, the coder can be networked to as many as 31 individual coders and labeling systems on the factory floor. This ability to share production data creates a streamlined, cost-efficient workflow.

The ink jet coders use Touch Dry ink, an instantly drying ink that contains no toxic chemicals. Industries such as food and beverage require ink jet coders that do not taint products with toxic solvents. Touch Dry ink blocks offer clean and environmentally friendly option for packagers.
