This new inductive conductivity line of transmitters and sensors is for the continuous measurement of specific conductivity and salinity in high conductivity applications (1 mS/cm to 2000 mS/cm).

The rugged IP65, FM, and CE-rated CondI 7100 is available in 4-wire and 2-wire versions, and optional HART Communications or Profibus protocol.

Proprietary on-board diagnostic software continuously monitors the conductivity sensor, detecting any variation in performance immediately, assuring continuous reliability in measurement. An automatic instrument self-test, Gaincheck, also runs in the background at fixed intervals and checks the memory and transmission of the measured values. In the event of a fault condition, the analyzer will display a graphical diagnostic message.

All transmitter functions are accessible through the front panel keypad, eliminating the need to open the front panel and risking exposure of electronics to corrosive elements. The easy-to-read LCD allows users to view data quickly using intuitive symbols and menus. The CondI 7100 is compatible with InPro 7200 Series electrodeless conductivity sensors, which are available in PEEK or Polypropylene.

Industry applications include food and beverage, chemical process, pulp and paper, and industrial wastewater, where high conductivity and harsh chemicals are typical.
