Induction Cap Sealer

The portable LEPAK Jr. cap sealing system allows manual sealing for low volume applications. The lightweight, handheld system offers a simple method for applying induction seals on a wide range of containers.
The system seals closures from 5 mm to 120 mm, weighs just 28 lbs., and plugs into any wall socket. For easy sealing the operator simply sets the timer, grasps the hand-sealing unit, places it over each container, and pushes the button.
The cap sealing system features a 100 percent Solid State power supply and a built-in timer for optimum sealing performance. The system is small enough to carry and seal anywhere, and requires little maintenance.
Induction sealing is a non-contact process by which a foil disk or "seal" is bonded to a container. This process can be used with almost any style container and closure for sealing foods, drugs, beverages, solvents and chemicals.
Innerseals meet the stringent requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and can be used on containers of all compositions.
Proprietary cap sealing technology uses a non-contact induction sealing process which increases shelf life, exposes tampering, and prevents leaking or pilfering.
