The Micro Max MX-30 hot oil filtration system uses centrifugal force to separate particulates from frying oil. Oil from the fryer is continuously piped into the centrifuge, entering through holes in a cylindrical scroll, which is closely rotating inside a bowl. As the bowl rotates, the solids are separated to the inner bowl surface. The scroll, rotating at slightly higher speed, pushes sediment one direction and oil the other, back to the fryer.

The system removes particles down to single digit micron level from hot fryer oil. This micro fine filtration extends the useable life of oil and improves end quality by removing the particles that cause breakdown of oil. In applications involving flour coated and other "homestyle" products, this is especially important.

Features include:
• 30 CPM flow rate
• Continuous operation
• Integrated CIP
