High-Speed Bag-in-Box Rotary Filler

The new FF9000 Series high-speed rotary bag-in-box filler, developed in partnership with Fogg Filler Company, fills at speeds up to sixty 3-gallon bags per minute.

The FF9010, pictured here, is a ten-head filler than can work in one- to three-gallon ambient or hot-fill bag-in-box applications. In addition to increasing the speed, output and efficiency of a bag-in-box filling line, the filler has a centralized control station and easy operator interface to reduce labor costs. It is well suited for food and beverage processors who have been unable to use bag-in-box technology because of limits in single-head filling speeds.
