High Capacity Screener

Flo-Thru Vibroscreen separators provide high capacity scalping in a low-profile shape to fit restricted spaces. The design is characterized by two imbalanced-weight gyratory motors mounted on opposing exterior sidewalls of the unit, reducing overall height significantly.

The configuration also allows the bottom outlet to be located directly below the top inlet, allowing material to fall vertically through the screen in a straight-through path at ultra-high rates. The units are suited for sifting and scalping of dry, free-flowing materials such as resins, flour, starch, sugar, and a variety of chemicals. They are offered in diameters from 18–84 in., and are available to 3A, USDA, FDA, BISSC and other sanitary standards.

Also available are Blo-Thru configurations for high capacity screening in-line with dilute-phase pneumatic conveyors, eliminating the need for cyclone separators and rotary air locks.
