High Capacity C-I-P Separators

Responding to the demand for increased capacities for milk separation and standardization, Westfalia Separator offers both the MSF 400 and the MSE 500. Both operate continuously, have full Clean-in-Place capability, and feature our Soft Stream feed system to ensure gentle product treatment.

The MSF 400 has a feed capacity of 115,000 lbs/hour for milk separation (with a skimming efficiency of 0.06% by Mojonnier) and up to 165,000 lbs/hour for milk standardization. The new MSE 500 represents a totally new design in dairy separators, the result of innovative engineering coupled with the latest technoin metallurgy. This ultra-high capacity separat is equipped with a larger bowl and new disk configuration. It can be used for separation, clarification and standardization of both milk and whey.
