HIFS Floor Scales

The HIFS series of floor scales are available in seven sizes, with capacities from 1,000 to 10,000 lb. Decks are available in painted steel tread plate stainless steel. Adjustable stainless steel leveling legs are standard with all models. The scales precision load cells come in plated, stainless, or hermetically sealed stainless steel to meet the most rigorous of environments. The load cells are NTEP/NIST approved for commercial use. The standard internal junction box is sealed to meet NEMA 4 specifications. The floor scale is electrically corner adjusted at the factory for repeatable weight readings anywhere on the deck surface. Each corner can be adjusted ¾ in. to compensate for a non-level surface. With no moving parts, damage and wear to the platform and scale are minimized.

Optional access ramps are available with a painted or stainless tread plate surface. All ramps are 36 in. long in the direction of travel and provide a minimal 4.25° incline. The ramps have safety rails on each side and come with position locating and floor bolt-down brackets.
