Head Slicer

Foodtools Inc.'s CS-5AAU is a high speed, multiple head slicer that wasdesigned for in-line slicing applications. It can slice round, rectangular or square products of many different consistencies and temperatures. A durable conveyor system constructed of ultra high molecular weight plastic forms is driven by a reliable stainless steel chain. The unit features dual start push button operation, a locking emergency stop button, and a fully enclosed guard system. Also included is an ultrasonic generator transducer, booster and precision tuned titanium blades. An air pressure regulator/filter features moisture separator and drain.
