MORGANVILLE, NJ – Hassia, a world-renowned supplier of thermoform and flexible packaging machinery offers the SVL 20/30 Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Stickpack Machine, now capable of producing duo stick packs that contain two separate food products in a single-serve pouch. The aseptic version of the SVL is the SAS 20/30 is the first multi-lane machine to package low acid food products aseptically, increasing their shelf life to a year without refrigeration, providing a new standard in shelf stability for tubular, flexible convenient packaging of food products.
Currently, the SVL 20/30 is being used by Müller Dairy in the UK to produce its Yogz® Squeezems™, a two-compartment ready-serve sealed package containing vanilla yogurt and flavored fruit syrup.
The SVL 20/30 meets all United States and International hygiene standards, and features an unmatched output performance due to its multi-lane system, producing up to 24,000 aseptic liquid stick-packs per hour. The flexible design also enables the packaging of different substances pairs or flavors simultaneously on one machine.
