The Pure-Pak H90UC fills 150 half-gallon or two-liter cartons per minute, or 9000 cartons per hour.

For products packaged in half-gallon/two-liter cartons, the unit promotes longer shelf life by providing a cleaner form, fill and seal environment. The Ultra Clean process eliminates microorganisms and other contaminants by sterilizing the carton and filler apparatus via a HEPA air filter system, spray sanitizing system, carton peroxide sterilization system, and hot water sterilization of the filling station.

The HEPA clean air system allows ten times more filtering capacity than was previously available. Optimum carton sterilization performance and reliability is achieved through a carton sterilization chamber, minimizing the use of hydrogen peroxide and using only a two percent solution spray coupled with an ultraviolet light system.

For additional sanitation assurance, the unit is equipped with a one-piece stainless steel mandrel design, which eliminates potential contaminants often found in elements such as screw heads, threads and crevices.
