Gourmet Black Pepper Flakes

World Wide Food Expo--Black Pepper Flakes fit the granulation size of a cracked pepper by its diameter, but consist of thin flakes rather than particulates. This unique shape provides a strong visual impact, but a more subtle flavor contribution. Additionally, the mouthfeel of the flakes is delicate in comparison to cracked black pepper, allowing it to be used more extensively in applications such as meat rubs, salad dressings, as a topical coating on gourmet cheeses, and seasoned snacks.

The flakes are available in 10 and 16 mesh sizes depending on the processors' needs. They may also be incorporated into most seasoning blends.
