Fulton Boiler Works, Inc. was founded in 1949 when Lewis Palm invented the vertical tubeless boiler. Since then, over 100,000 vertical tubeless boilers have been manufactured and installed worldwide. Currently, these boilers are manufactured in Pulaski, New York (headquarters) as well as in China and Great Britain. Fulton's boilers are well known for their durability and the reliability in steam application capacities up to 130HP or 4,500 lbs./hr. steam. Applications for Fulton tubeless boilers include dry cleaning, garment manufacturing, food processing, and a myriad of others.

In keeping with Fulton's history of innovation and renovation, pulse combustion technology was adapted for use in commercial and industrial steam boilers by Fulton in the late 1980's. Fulton is the only manufacturer currently utilizing the benefits of pulse combustion in steam and hydronic boilers. Fulton condensing hydronic boilers are used in heating applications for schools, institutions, and commercial buildings across North America. In addition, high and low pressure steam units are also available. Fulton Boiler Works, Inc. is an ISO-9001 certified company with manufacturing certifications including ASME boiler and pressure vessel S, U, H, & M stamps, AGA and CGA approval for direct venting (pulse boilers), and Underwriters Laboratories approval for vertical tubeless boilers. Fulton recently received the Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection Insurance Company Zero Defects Quality award in recognition of manufacturing excellence.
