SafetyChain Software’s VP of Marketing, Jill Bender is joined by The Acheson Group’s (TAG) VP of Scientific Affairs, Dr. Peyman Fatemi, and TAG’s Senior Food Safety Manger, Christopher Snabes, to discuss and clarify common myths, misconceptions, and gaps regarding FSMA.
Jill: Thank you for joining FSMA Fridays. My name is Jill Bender of Safety Chain Software. I am delighted to see the many people calling and logging into today's session. Today we are going to focus a little bit on common FSMA gaps and myths. That should be some great conversation.
Our agenda today will include a quick FSMA update on what's going on. We will address some pre-submitted questions and thoughts around FSMA gaps and myths, and we'll take your questions and answers, and hopefully provide some great answers. With that, so delighted to have with us today our FSMA Fridays team. Thank you, Peyman, with TAG, for joining us, as well as Chris, always a delight to have you on.

Jill: The Acheson Group’s team just keeps growing, doesn’t it, Peyman?
Peyman: It has Jill, and we are thankful for it because we certainly needed the help. There's an awful lot of work and projects and we're happy to have our newest member on board. I'm sure we'll have him on the FSMA Friday at some point in the near future as well.
