The size of the mixer is 60" length by 24" dia. Width of the U-shaped trough. The mixing capacity is 16 cu. ft. The horsepower is a 10 Hp. Eurodrive motor that delivers product through a 6" lever actuated paddle-style discharge valve. he finish is 1/4" T304 SS polished to #4 Sanitary for food and drug compliance standards. The agitator is an inner/outer double flight ribbon system. The main shaft seals are type E.
