This food-grade sanitary steel mixer features (2) 10 HP high speed chopper motors @ 3600 RPM, 304 SS finish in a 80 cu.ft. mixing capacity U-shaped trough with welded arms and (8) bolted, field-adjustable paddle blades, magnetic saftey grate under a bag dump system.
