Flow Wrapping

The Flowtronic 120W wide version machine electronically controls and incorporates Allen Bradley 1394 servo drives, 5/04 SLC programmable logic controller, and AC servo motors, providing flexibility and reliability in a range of applications. Operator interface is via the Allen Bradley Panel View 550, which gives machine status information, such as machine statistics and full machine fault diagnostics. Up to 32 pre-set product sizes can be stored in memory and easily accessed via push button controls.

Features of all Flowtronic machines are 'no product/no bag' and 'no gap/no seal', designed to reduce wrapping material waste and machine downtime.

The product size range of the machine allows products up to 14" wide and up to 6" high to be handled with ease. The machine takes a wrapper reel up to 31" wide. The FT120W was designed for wrapping pizzas, biscuits, bagels, and other bakery items.
